Hagstravaganza International Brewery Festival – July
In it’s fifth year it has become a must for all beer lovers, this year the festival features 70 beers that have never been tasted in Ireland before, with exciting and innovative brewers visiting from all over the world.
On the Saturday evening there is a special train service from the Festival (The noisiest train in Ireland) back to Sligo Train Station – A short walk (or stumble) from Harbour House

Sligo Races – May – October
Sligo offers a range of National Hunt & Flat racing throughout the year with many special events at meetings in one of the most scenic courses in Ireland all just a short drive, bus or taxi journey from Harbour House

Sligo Jazz Festival & Summer School – July
Every year some of the best Jazz musicians from around the word visit Sligo for this renowned festival, this year is no different. Local artist and artists from USA, Italy, Slovakia, Brazil, Australia, Germany, Ireland, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales will be playing in the Hawks Well Theatre and many other Sligo venues over the week, all just a short walk from Harbour House.

Tread Softly – July & August
This Festival inspired by the Yeats brothers runs throughout Sligo Town and surrounding areas with Musical, Visual & Literal events for all the family happening in a wide range of venues all within easy distance of Harbour House.

One of the longest running rally events in Ireland, this you can witness some exciting action in some of the most stunning scenic settings in the world.

Sligo Summer Festival is always a great event with open air concerts and various activities throughout the town, This years line up is yet to be released but more details will appear Here
Sligo Live Festival – October
This years festival line-up has been announced and as usual it is fantastic, Located in the Knocknarea Arena at Sligo IT & The Hawks Well Theater for large concerts there are gigs and other activities in nearly every venue in the city centre.
