    To Ease your Travels

  • I stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend as we traveled up the coast. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff was really helpful and nice. I would gladly stay again.

    Mickey - Double Bed

We would definitely stay here again as the staff are absolutely wonderful.  Kitchen facilities for cooking was great & lovely open fire to greet us in the evening.  Hot Showering facilities all day.   Beds  were really comfortable for a hostel.  Overall a great stay.  Thank you.

    Catherine Coughlan - Double ensuite

  • Stayed here for two night’s with friends on a girls weekend away.  Excellent location 10 mins walk from the centre of Sligo town.  Really friendly staff.  During the 1st day we enjoyed a great walk around Carrowmore Megalithic Tombs & the Majestic Knocknarea, the views were amazing.  The receptionist in the Hostel arranged for a really cool guy called George to collect us from the hostel in the afternoon and he took us to visit Yeats Grave and Benbulben Mountain then we had a boat ride around Lough Gill.

Rooms very clean. Continental breakfast good. Cost us 40 euro’s each for two nights B&B so great value.

Sligo has some of the best restaurant’s and pub gigs we have seen.

    Would definitely recommend.

Heather Ellis - Four Bed Dorm Ensuite

Just returned from my hen weekend with a large group of  of my girlfirends.  The rooms were clean and spacious and a continental Breakfast was included in the price.  Vincent the manager is an absolute gentleman, helped with the organising of our weekend, recommended restaurants and activities. His attention to detail is exceptional. I really could not find a single fault with this hostel. Thank you Vincent and your staff for making our weekend.

    Kelly Ann - Dorm Beds

  • I booked in here with my wife and two children. The experience from the first interaction on the phone was professional and courteous. I booked a family room which consisted of one room with a double bed ensuite which had an ajoining room with two single beds for the children which worked out really well.  The suggested the family room at the back of the hostel so we would not disturbed by any of the late night revellers.  We were able to arrange the kids meals in the kitchen, which was great and saved us money.  They made recommendations for things to do and places to eat and see. We visited five star fun in grange on the second day and the kids loved it.  Thanks for making our stay so easy and enjoyable….
